I used to believe that I have to have my weight and food under control to love my body.
I thought I needed another diet plan or exercise program (nothing seemed to work for me long term!), but what I really needed was compassion and kindness to myself.
Now, I understand how society conditioned us to feel bad about ourselves.
We waste time obsessing about food and our bodies instead of loving them and creating the life of our dreams.
