You want to feel happy in your body knowing that you look after it the best you can.
You want to be a great example for your loved ones how to be fit and healthy.
You want to be able to look at yourself in the mirror and smile.
You want healthy habits to be simple and to stop worrying about your weight.
You will never achieve it if you always look for a reason why you can’t have it (hormones, slow metabolism, genetics or starvation mode) or for supplements that somehow miraculously solve all your problems.
The rabbit hole is deep.
The more you search for the further you can go from things that work.
I’m not against searching.
