We cannot be held responsible for whether members choose to implement our teachings and advice, and for whether they implement them in the right way.

I acknowledge and fully understand that I will be engaging in fitness training activities that potentially involve the risk of serious injury or possibly permanent disability and death, and severe social and economic losses which might result not only from their own actions, inactions, or negligence, but the actions, inactions, or negligence of others, the condition of the premises or any equipment. Further, that there may be other risks not known or not reasonably foreseeable at this time.

Membership Obligations

  1. If you decide to cancel your membership, you need to do so with a written notice sent to our email associated with your membership minimum 7 days before your next payment date and cancel it from your account settings.

General

  1. You may not transfer any of your rights under these terms and conditions to any other person. We may transfer our rights under these terms and conditions where we reasonably believe your rights will not be affected.
